Matcha powder is one of my absolute favorite things! I love matcha lattes, matcha ice cream, matcha cheesecake and the list goes on.....
My newest matcha obsession is Whipped Matcha. It's very similar to whipped coffee but a lot lighter and fluffier. You can top this matcha creation over your favorite glass of milk and drink it like a latte or put it on top of your favorite dessert and eat it like whipped cream, either way you will be so happy you made it!

Whipped Matcha
Prep time: 1 MCook time: 9 MTotal time: 10 M
Ingredients:
- 2 EGG WHITES
- 1/4 CUP HOT WATER
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 4 TSP MATCHA POWDER
- 2 TSP CREAM OF TARTAR
Instructions:
- BOIL WATER IN A POT AND ADD SUGAR
- STIR UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED
- WHILE WATER IS BOILING MIX EGG WHITES WITH CREAM OF TARTAR WITH A HAND MIXER OR IN A STAND MIXER UNTIL
- STIFF PEAKS FORM
- POUR HOT SUGAR WATER (SIMPLY SYRUP) INTO BOWL OF EGG WHITES AND MIX FOR 2 MINS
- IN SEPARATE BOWL MIX MATCHA POWDER WITH A DASH OF COLD WATER AND DISSOLVE
- POUR MATCHA MIXTURE INTO BOWL WITH EGG WHITES
- MIX FOR 2 MINS
- SERVE OVER A GLASS OF MILK OR PUT IT ON YOUR FAVORITE DESSERT
